Description
An online chat script has been added to the Therapeutics Professionals website that shows an image link that allows site visitors to have an online chat with a designated operator (seen picture link at the top of every page). To handle responses for this chat, then software has to be installed on a desktop Windows computer. So the next steps to complete activation of this chat are as follows.
- The designated person for handling online chat with customers should go to the following url:
http://www.volusion.com/livechat_download.asp - Click the Download button in order to download the desktop chat client.
- After downloading, follow the instructions for installing the desktop client on your computer (Windows only)
- Once it is installed on the desktop, then open it, log in using the email address and password that was used during registration
- Once you are logged in, click the Settings link in the upper right corner.
- Copy the script that is given in Step 2 on that settings page and then mail this script to bkudrle@gmail.com
- Once received, the script that was emailed will be used to activate the script on the Therapeutics Professionals website so that visitors to the site will be able to communicate directly with the desktop client application via chat. Bill will contact you to let you know when this is available.
