Detailed specifications needed for Job Positions

Starting on the search engine for job positions, it is apparent that we need to determine specifically the fields that will be needed before the search engine is built. So far, I have the following fields for a given job position posting:

1. Title of position (text)
2. Description of position (text)
3. Location of position (address, city, zip, etc. - this will only be visible by TP) - but distance from job seeker will be visible
4. Salary Minimum (decimal number for USD)
5. Salary Maximum (decimal number for USD)
6. Salary Interval (per hour, per month, per year, etc.)
7. Employer that is posting job position (visible only by TP) (this will be a reference to a user who is already registered on the TP site with associated address, etc. ).

What more will be needed?
